They were deep and looking back, I didn’t want to waste precious energy on finding out my own goals, so I took to the internet in search of goal lists. I have started my way back up from those trenches, but I wanted to create a list of goals that are good goals to start with.
- No fast food
- Exercising
- No social media
- No smoking
- No unnatural sugar
- No caffeine
- Drinking 8 glasses of water
- Read 30 minutes
- 10,000 steps
- No soda
- No unnecessary shopping
- Writing
- Getting more organized
- No alcohol
- No TV
- Spending more time with family
- Running
- Showing gratitude
- Journaling
- Practicing a new language
- Promoting my business
- Yoga
- Complimenting someone
- Speak to someone new
- Learn something new
- Do 30 sit-ups
- Waking up 30 minutes earlier
- Tell someone I love you
- Bicycling
- Meditation
- Posture
- Learn a new word and use it properly
Within this list, you can easily pick out at least one that is easy to accomplish, yet you are not doing it currently. I love these goals because I pick one, do it for 30 days and then decide whether I want to continue into my daily routine. Once you pick a goal, grab a challenger and start the adventure!
Until next time,
Heather
